Balls 'O Moss

Well, it snowed here again last night. Seriously. If I can't look outside and see a little green, I'll have to "plant" some inside. Let's take down those tired candles:

And buy some supplies:

And hot glue bits of mossy moss all over the place!

I'm pretty sure gluing moss on stuff is a very reliable cure for spring fever! Check it out!

If you don't have snow on the ground in your parts, you could even make a Moss Terrarium full of lovely greens!

  2. Are you in Ohio, perhaps, because we got snow yesterday too and I was not amused. I have a mossy wreath for your collection. http://froufrugal.blogspot.com/2011/03/spring-square-wreath.html

I have some left over moss and some styrofoam balls, too. I see another project on the horizon.

  4. Moss is THE thing this spring! Your balls look so cute on your mantle. We're getting snow tomorrow, so take heart, you're not alone and spring is really right around the corner!

  5. Hey Jen,
All the recent tutorials on moss projects always have loads of moss littered all over the place...is it really that bad?

I really love this project...might try some for my corner kitchen window.

Thanks for sharing and yours look so Springy

  6. Beautiful projects Jen! It deosn't snow here but there is rain and lightning aplenty today. A good day for an indoor project like this.
Love your family tree in your etsy shop. Genealogy has been a passion for me for the last 15 years. I hope to get some of it embroidered on a large diamond star quilt I finished and pass it down to my son...
